BLOCK PROCESS
Many of the materials Delmar offers are produced using a highly unique “block process.” This process creates three dimensional patterns that translate throughout the sheet.
After being molded under heat and pressure, the finished blocks are sliced into thin sheets. This cross sectioning of the block yields a true three dimensional effect.
